Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority with Stewart Audio. We work closely with our contractors and dealers to guarantee the quality of our products to ensure customer satisfaction. Amplifiers purchased within 30 days may be returned for credit as long as they meet the return conditions. Please note all returns require a (RA#) Return Authorization number. RA numbers can be obtained by contacting Stewart Audio: Customer Service: 209-588-8111

Return Conditions

Amplifiers must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging with all accessories, kit components, and instruction manuals. Amplifiers which have been installed or damaged cannot be returned for credit. All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization number. (RA#)

Restocking Fees

Stewart Audio reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% on all returns. Amplifiers which do not meet Return Conditions will be subject to additional restocking fees. Refused shipments are subject to restocking fees.

Advance Replacement and Repair

Stewart Audio will advance replace any amplifier for a period of 12 Months from the date of purchase. Repairs covered by warranty for Manufacturer defects purchased outside of 12 months are not eligible for advance replacement.

Product and Shipping Refunds

Stewart Audio does not offer Product or shipping refunds. Amplifiers may be returned for credit only excluding shipping charges within 30 days of purchase accompanied by a valid Return Authorization number. (RA#)

Shipping Damage

Should your Stewart Audio amplifier arrive damaged as a result of shipping, immediately contact the freight carrier and report the damage. Retain all packaging materials and the shipping container. Stewart Audio will ship a replacement amplifier as soon as the damage claim has been filed.

Return Processing

All amplifiers that meet Return Conditions are processed within 2 business days upon receipt of returned merchandise.
